PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AUTHORIZATION
During Vacation Bible School (VBS), photographs and video recordings may be taken of participants during classes, activities, worship, and special events. These images and recordings may be used by Wayland Baptist Church for ministry, educational, promotional, and communication purposes, including printed materials, the church website, social media, livestreams, and other church publications.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT
I grant Wayland Baptist Church permission to photograph, videotape, and/or otherwise record me and/or my child(ren) in connection with Vacation Bible School activities. I understand that these images and recordings may be used without compensation for ministry, educational, promotional, marketing, website, social media, livestream, and other lawful church-related purposes. I understand that names may or may not be used in connection with such images or recordings.
I have read and agree to the Photo & Video Release Agreement.
Wayland Baptist Church will make reasonable efforts to avoid including you and/or your child(ren) in photographs or video recordings. A special identifier may be provided to assist staff and volunteers in recognizing participants who have not granted permission.
