Submissions are due 4 weeks prior to the date the activity/event is to be announced.

Submissions that meet recommended formatting specifications AND either meet design standards or are professionally designed/formatted for display, may be submitted 2 weeks prior to the date the activity/event is to be announced.

ANNOUNCEMENT INFORMATION

IF SUBMITTING A FLIER, IT MUST MEET DESIGN/FORMATTING SPECIFICATIONS BELOW

Submissions should include the event/activity flier in the following format:

– Landscape layout (horizontal rather than vertical orientation; wide rather than tall)

– Flier size/dimensions is 13 inches x 7.5 inches

– Text and images should not extend past 1/2 inch of the flier border

– Font size of text should be 35 points or larger

The following information should be included on the flier:

– Name of event

– Name of sponsoring Ministry

– Date of event

– Time(s) of event

– Location of event

– Contact information (if applicable) – Name and email address (DO NOT use personal phone numbers)

– Church Logo (contact media@waylandbc.org for WBC Logo Use Policy)
